Last month, I was all over the state of Colorado from Denver to Colorado Springs to Estes Park to Aspen to the Great Sand Dunes. One day, I left Estes Park at 4 AM, drove back to Colorado Springs, then left for Aspen. Another day, I left Aspen around 6 AM, drove four hours south to the Great Sand Dunes, three hours up to Colorado Springs, and then another hour up to Denver. Spending so much time in the car isn't problematic in Colorado with stunning scenery at every turn. Here is a photo journal of some of sights seen from the window of a moving car. (Disclaimer: these were taken when someone else was driving! We switched drivers on and off!)
Hi, I’m Crystal! I love to travel and am currently a graduate student in Scotland. You’ll get all the best tips and insights from my experiences as a former ice-skating coach in Iceland and former study abroad student. Of the 27 countries I have visited, a type 1 diabetes diagnosis has been the strangest land yet. Type 1 has not slowed down my travels and you'll learn how to take type 1 with you on the road!
