I uncharacteristically woke up an hour before my alarm this morning and randomly checked my email to find the best news! I received my official acceptance letter to study abroad at Queen Mary, University of London next year! I'll be traveling with GlobaLinks and am so excited for this experience!
I already looked through the course catalogue to try to decide my courses. There are lots of options, but working out the credit transfer will be a bit tricky.
I've also discovered some Anglophile websites/Facebook pages that are taking up much of my time (as if Pinterest doesn't consume enough of it): Anglophenia , Anglotopia, and Smitten by Britain.
If anyone has any study abroad tips, London advice, or suggestions of places to visit, I'd love to hear your comments!
Only four months until I can re-create this photo (hopefully with more sleep and longer hair)!
Hi, I’m Crystal! I love to travel and am currently a graduate student in Scotland. You’ll get all the best tips and insights from my experiences as a former ice-skating coach in Iceland and former study abroad student. Of the 27 countries I have visited, a type 1 diabetes diagnosis has been the strangest land yet. Type 1 has not slowed down my travels and you'll learn how to take type 1 with you on the road! You can connect with me further on Instagram @CrystalChilcott, or send me ideas of where I should travel next via email: firstname.lastname@example.orgHappy Travels, Crystal
